Referral into Self-Recovery is not complicated and may be accomplished directly by the patient, family member, a friend, an employer, court program, physicians, or any other health care professionals. We have intake specialist available 24/7 for your convenience.
A phone contact will begin the procedure.
The intake specialist will ask basic questions regarding your substance use history, substance used, frequency of use, medical history, demographics, and previous treatment attempts. Evaluations for the substance dependence are available at no charge.
Please note that all our admissions are voluntary admissions. After completion of the phone assessment, the substance dependent will be notified of his or her acceptance to the program. Our intake specialist work with our business offices in our hospitals as well as our counselors to assure that you receive the quickest service possible.
